After being a vegan for 18 years, being high raw for 5 of these years, doing a number of fasts....Juice, Master Cleanse, ONE water fast - 10 days...
I am ready to give it all and attempt to go 40 full days..

Finding my Freedom....
Finding my FREEDOM.
At 41 I have learned my life lesson....the lesson of forgiveness. After 20 odd years, I have made peace with my father. Peace with my childhood "monster".
I wise woman once told me: "we are here to learn life lessons....we can learn them kicking and screaming, OR we can learn them with an open heart...one way or another we will learn...."
Her advise came to me at the perfect time.
Lots of soul searching, reading, connecting, yoga and Vancouver had prepared me to forgive...
In forgiveness I had found my ultimate FREEDOM, true happiness... In forgiving others, we forgive ourselves and the result??
